Order Cancellations:

All orders made are subject to a 5% (5% of order total) restocking fee only if customer does not contact us (via contact page) about cancellation within 24 hours of placing their order. If customer does contact us about cancellation request within 24hrs of order placed, customer is NOT subject to this fee. Please note cancellations are not offered for Fur pieces as they are custom and made to order. 


Returns & Exchanges: 

Due to the nature of our merchandise, returns/exchanges are not allowed/accepted. Please understand that ALL  sales are final.


Shipping:

International: Please note that all shipments outside the US may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. As we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. All orders will ship within 1-5 business days using USPS Express Mail (delivery time 1-4 days). 


Domestic: All orders will ship within 1-5 business days using USPS Priority Mail (delivery time 1-3 days). Please note our shipping and handling fees cover  $50 insurance (higher insurance can be purchased), Tracking and Signature confirmation. However please note, once your order is delivered (signed off by someone in your household)/attempted to be delivered, we are no longer responsible for package. It is the customers responsibility to collect all packages from the USPS location stated on the USPS notice if they were not home at the time delivery.
